During our kickoff meeting, our hypotethical users were ranging form medium business owners to occasional sellers. While conducting the interviews for our initial product research, we realized, that lots of basic concepts we had were wrong. We found some fundamental points we didn’t think of. People loved the idea of the product, but not because they care about blockchain or safety, but because of the convenience of having contracts in your pocket, without the need of a pen or paper. They considered it a gamechanger to be able to create bunding voice contracts. We then added premade contract templates to improve the experience.
